I have been clairvoyant and spiritually aware all my life. I was born into a spiritual family and have been lucky enough to have been able to allow my abilities to develop without intrusion for many years. Both my brother and sister are spiritually conscious also, as is my aunt who is a Spiritual Minister. They live in Australia, a country with wonderful energies. It has been a wonderful gift for me to have so much spiritual awareness around me as I have grown and developed through the years.

Originally from Cardiff, I have lived and worked in many locations and towns over the years. In 2000 I relocated to the beautiful county of Cornwall, a beacon to the spiritual seeker, where my spiritual connection and abilities further developed.  In 2002 I trained and qualified in both Hypnotherapy and Past Life Regression Therapy, holding a Diploma in both. I am registered with the GHR (General Hypnotherapy Register) member No 1066, and am fully insured through Lloyds of London. (Please see the Hypnotherapy page for further details on this).

During the next 5 years I worked full time in this work, teaching, healing, carrying out readings and therapies for clients, both 1 to 1 and in groups, developing circles, teaching abroad, doing TV work and doing clearance work.

In 2007 & 8 I trained in Reiki level 1 and 2, following it through in 2009 by taking my Reiki Level 3 Master / Teacher.

I combine these wonderful development and healing tools with my readings, healing, teaching and circles, working full time spiritually until January 2007 when I returned to working with homeless people (my work background was in Social Housing, mainly working in homelessness and support). For 2 years my direct spiritual work took a back seat as I developed new services for vulnerable people across Cornwall. (Healing and spiritual work has many forms!) 

In February 2009 I left the West Country and relocated to Hertfordshire, where I am once again working full time with hypnotherapy, healing, readings and teaching.

I am available Monday-Saturday daytime for 1 to 1 sessions.

Circles
I have run Spiritual Development Classes and Psychic Circles from my home since 2002. This is for meditation, development of spiritual and psychic awareness, discussion, connection, and the opportunity to be with other like minded people.

Readings

I have carried out many hundreds of readings over the years in my home, at fayres and at psychic parties for groups, and many clients have come back time and again and have kindly recommended me to others. I also carried out some TV work for ITV1 West Country, during 2005 as a locally recommended psychic. (A researcher was 'planted' in one of my classes to check me out and after a month of attended classes pronounced me genuine - a high accolade indeed! They hired me the next day!)  

In my readings, I use the Sacred Path and Medicine Cards or Angel and Fairy Cards, as well as calling on information from the higher realms, the higher self and ancestors for guidance. Occasionally loved ones do come through, but my main purpose is not to work as a medium, but rather, to help people find their feet and their way on their sacred path, and to bring through guidance from their higher self to their conscious awareness.
